Most leadership programs throw models at you. This one gives you something different: a structure for reflection, real conversation, and deep personal growth. Because sustainable leadership doesn’t come from knowing more, it comes from being aware and purposeful in your thoughts and actions.
What to Expect
A cohort experience, blending 6 group learning sessions with 6 individual coaching sessions. You’ll explore core leadership concepts, challenge old patterns, and build the skills needed to lead through complexity and change.
Between group sessions, you’ll receive one-on-one coaching to help connect the dots, challenge assumptions, and translate insight into action.
Each group session is anchored in real-world themes:
- Learning how to learn as a leader
- Understanding team dynamics and group behavior
- Exploring leadership styles and self-awareness
- Practicing situational awareness and adaptive leadership
- Diving deep into a topic selected by your group (e.g. feedback, communication, conflict, facilitation)
- Integrating learning into your leadership philosophy
