What to Expect

A cohort experience, blending 6 group learning sessions with 6 individual coaching sessions. You’ll explore core leadership concepts, challenge old patterns, and build the skills needed to lead through complexity and change.​

Between group sessions, you’ll receive one-on-one coaching to help connect the dots, challenge assumptions, and translate insight into action.
