Hi! Thanks for your interest in learning more about me. I’m a coach, facilitator, and leadership development consultant who loves building experiences that help people connect and grow. With a background in executive leadership, knowledge management, operations, organizational development, and risk assessment, I’ve spent my career navigating complexity and supporting others who do the same.

What I’ve learned is that leadership isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about how we show up when we don’t. My work is grounded in reflection, systems thinking, and real-world practice, helping individuals and teams move forward with greater self-awareness, resilience, and impact.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong learner who finds joy in curiosity. I recharge through music, volleyball, and the occasional round of golf, but the roles I cherish most are at home. My wife and girls keep me grounded, inspired, and constantly reminded of what truly matters.
